The act of painting these flowers brought me light and joy in the long dark days. I gained so much joy from thinking about spring during this meditative exercise.
A Dance of Colour, is vibrant, textured, and full of life. It features bright pink water lilies blooming across a richly layered, deep blue surface. The water is animated with swirling strokes of turquoise, cobalt, and hints of white, creating a sense of gentle movement like ripples stirred by a breeze or slow current. The lilies sit on luminous green lily pads that glow with touches of yellow, giving them a radiant, almost dreamlike quality.
